7 Condos - Advice

Received a call today to bid on 7 condo buildings. They want common areas(lobby, hallways, stairs) cleaned once a week.
My appt. is tomorrow @ 2. They will need a price by tomorrow afternoon because it has to be presented on Monday.

Just trying to get an idea of pricing.

Oh, condos are 4 floors. Will know details tomorrow.

Maybe 4 hrs a building @ $20x4=$80 x 7= $560 x 4.33 = $2424

Should I inflate the price some for drive time(42 Minutes) and it being once a week?

Thanks for your time.

Good to see the information here. I personally think your prices are good.

Ok, so the walk-thru went good. I was given a paper(posted below) that highlights all specific duties to be done. They requested that I submit a price sometime this weekend. The reason for the short notice is because this association just took over these condos this month.
They felt that the current cleaning company wasn't doing their job, which could be seen during the walk-thru. I was told that currently, the cleaning company uses 3 people at 3 hours each. As I'm walking through I can see that this whole job would need at least 14 hours.
The main office building alone is at least 3500 square feet. It needs vacuum, dust and mop of tile. Also, wants a quote on strip wax for tile floor, which in my estimate is 1500 square feet(.18-.35 per sq ft?). In the summer they would like the pool bathrooms(2 stalls, 1 sink) cleaned.
The actual condo buildings(7) are 4 floors. Front outside entrance to be swept. Inside front stairs and back stairs(cement)to be swept and dusted(lips on side of stairs). Hallways have rugs and each condo doorknob to be wiped.

More info on attachment.

Each building, not including the main office I estimate 3.5 - 4.0 hrs.
The main building 1.5-2.0 hrs.

If I add the hours, I'm looking at 4.0 x 7(buildings)=28hrs + 1.5(main) = 29.5 hours once a week.

29.5hrs x 20 = $590 x 4.33 = $2554

Strip and wax(main building) .20 x 1500 = $300.00

Could I do myself and 1 other employee?

All I have for right now. I'm working on 1 hour of sleep. Sorry for any errors.

Thanks for your time.

Sorry, wont let me post pic. Attached

I went down the sheet in it adds up to about 7 hours per building, but I know that wont get me the job. So, I'll go with the max of 4 hours, not including spot cleaning, shampoo(x3) a year and strip and wax 1 time a year.

Any help?

Does anybody even come to these forums anymore? Seems dead around here.

Thanks for your time.
