advice on bidding this commercial building
I'm bidding on a 7,200 sq. ft commercial building used for auctions. Right now there are only 2 auctions per month, so I would only be cleaning this property twice a month. The building has an antique store/gun shop, lobby, two bathrooms, ticket office, personal office and a warehouse. The warehouse will be swept out twice a month and powerwashed once a month. Everything else will be general cleaning such as mopping, dusting, cleaning of countertop surfaces, and disinfecting the bathrooms. The entire floor surface is concrete. I'm done some bids before ( still new to the cleaning business ) but I'm stumped on what to bid this job for. Let me know what you guys think.

How did you do on this? What did you bid and any recommendations from it?

I would charge $115 per clean, at the least. So twice a month 115 x 2 = $230. I have never clean a place with guns before. If it requires special cleaning or more cleaning in that area, charge a little more on top of $115. Plus i never used powerwasher on a job before. I dont know how much to charge but its defenitly another charge on top of that. I have worked for my uncle for a few months. So the charge is right but I and my uncle never used a powerwasher or cleaned a place with guns before.
