Babershop bidding

On Monday I meet with the owner of a modern/upscale kind of barbershop, its 1300sq ft and I will; sweep, mop floors, vacuum carpet, clean bathroom and everything in there of course, I will wipe down all the leather waiting chairs(5 in total), clean all barber-stations(chairs, sinks, mirror, counters). What would you all charge for this job, I want to charge a flat rate. The shop has never had a cleaning service clean their business, yet and still I don't want to cheat myself or my client(Law of attraction)

You say they have never used a cleaning company before, so that worries me it will be very dirty in hard to see spots.
I would recommend finding out how long it might take you to do it, what you will need to use, and then going from there with a bid.
Again I can't give an exact number since I'm not sure how dirty it is. But hopefully you don'tunderbid yourself, it will screw you big time.
