Cool Bidding on a Movie Theater

I am getting back into the Janitorial business after a 5 year hiatus and am finding myself with an opportunity to bid on a movie theater with 8 screens. I've never bid on one before. Anybody got some advice on pricing. Your help would be much appreciated.

My brother owns a carpet cleaning franchise and a friend owns a pressure washing business. Both charge .08-.10 a square foot.
This may not help you but could set you in the write direction as it seems like a good industry standard.

Wow! 8-10cents a sq ft? Seriously? More like 12-18 depending on amount of footage and soil levels. Are you bidding on all the seats as well? My company carpet cleaning Tampa has done a few of these type jobs.

.8-.10 cents is a good starting point as mentioned. You can add a per chair charge, a linear foot charge, bathroom charge, whatever is necessary.
