Cleaning interior cement walls
I have a job that I am unsure of how to tackle. It is a 400,000sf warehouse with aprox. 2,700 linear feet of interior cement walls that are 40 feet high. The customer wants the walls cleaned. The warehouse has a lot of product in it and the walls have a lot of conduit and fire alarm systems and wiring on the walls. So pressure washing is out. The only thing i can think is a scissor lift and some buckets of water and some brushes. Then extract the water off the floor. But cleaning 94,000 SF of wall by hand seems impossible. Are there any ideas on a better method for this job? The main problem is build up of dust. The wall texture is like asphalt but it is concrete. Also would you recommend using a few scissor lifts or scaffolding?
