Yes, we always do a walkthru. That is the only way you can get an accurate picture of what condition the building will be in when you arrive to clean it. Also, it gives you the chance to uncover what your potential client's needs are and to point out areas that may require extra attention or separate services. Never quote a firm price without seeing the facility.
Our minimum charge for 1x a week cleanings is $260 per month and the price can only go up from there..
