Commercial "move out" cleaning pricing?

My company has been asked to do a "move out" cleaning of commercial space. They aren't asking much so I'm not to sure how to price. It's 23k sq. ft.
They want:
All carpet vacuumed (which is all except kitchen)
Cabinets in copy room and kitchen wiped down
Kitchen floors mopped
Restrooms cleaned (2 individual restrooms, 1 male and 1 female that have 6 stalls and 2 urinals)

Warehouse floor swept (another 10k sq. ft)

Any help would be really appreciated. Just not sure of the sq ft pricing since its lighter work. Thanks!

I would add 10% to the normal hourly rate due to the extra level of detailing required and simply charge for the number of hours spent. Good Luck!
