Deep Cleaning costs

Depending on where you clean as an organization, you will most likely have to do deep cleaning for the facility. Most new accounts require a deep clean to kick things off. Many restaurants and high traffic businesses often require recurring deep cleaning sessions, usually once or twice (or more) annually.

How do you folks calculate deep cleaning costs? If you factor in detailed cleaning of items not usually covered in general cleaning (i.e. walls, scrubbing floors, bathrooms, high dusting hard to reach areas, etc) what formula do you use?

Personally, I find the restaurant deep cleaning costs to be 2-4 times the usual converted hourly costs, depending on how dirty the place is.

Not sure about other type of facilities, such as gyms, spas, offices, etc.

What formulas/cost analysis have you folks found best to work for you?

Of course the places where food is served is always dirtier than offices, etc. Probably the same price per hour but more hours to clean...

Dental insurance typically covers some of the cost of deep cleaning procedures, depending on the terms of the policy.

Thanks for nice posting. I am agreeing with above saying that it depends upon the company. For deep cleaning cost whether your own or commercial, I always suggest consider reputed cleaning company as they have certified professionals who will provide fabulous janitorial services for your cleaning needs in a very cost effective way. Commercial cleaning companies use a wide variety of cleaning methods, chemicals, and equipment to facilitate and accelerate the cleaning process.
