Have some questions about blood clean up.

In one of my buildings someone got sick in the bathroom and got blood all over the place.
Do you charge more if you have to clean up blood?
They didn't even call me about it just let me a note.

Absolutely!

Any thing like blood or human feces or urine etc. that is not part of a normal type clean always gets billed extra....it is a health hazard and bill it as such.
