High open ceiling cleaning

HI. I have a great opportunity to clean a restaurant's high open ceiling. What would you suggest is the best most efficient method? Also, what are the going rates for something like this? Thanks for your help!!

To prevent mold from returning, run the fan in your bathroom everytime you take a shower, or do anything else that causes condensation to build up. If you don't have a fan, or a working fan, take a minute or two after a shower to wipe the walls and ceiling quickly with a towel, and leave the door open if possible. Also, if you don't mind repainting, ask for mold-inhibiting paint at any store that sells paint. I hope this helps

In order to provide perfect service do use portable stairs for having a firm control over the equipment to be used while cleaning. Regarding the rates, it would be better to check at a few places about what the fellow competitors charge and the kind of service they give.

Good question. Have you considered scaffolding? I believe they can be rented for a decent price. Or if you know a painter or contractor you could borrow/rent you might get an even better deal.
