How Does This Quote Look For 10,000sqft Bank?
 

Hello!
I have a bid ready and want to see what you guys think of it. Its for a 10,000 sq ft bank who wants cleaning twice a week and will be supplying their own supplies. They do not want any of the desks touched. It includes the following with my ESTIMATED times:
-5 bathrooms= 2 hours
-5647 sq ft of carpet= 2.5 hours (no backpack vac)
-446 sq ft of tile= 20 minutes (sweep and mop)
-3 windows including 9 glass doors = 37 minutes
-trash for 10 bins= 10 minutes
-break room wipe down of fridge and cleaning of microwave= 8 minutes
For a total bid of $230 per cleaning or $1840 a month?
How does this look to you guys?

I think vacuuming would not take this long at all and the price is a little high.
