Our website is up and I've been working hard on keywords like commercial carpet cleaning las vegas
Thanks for all the input in this post. I'm thinking going to door to door with my business card is a good idea to and see if I can talk to some of the property managers about their carpet cleaning needs.

Online promotion is the best option for Business. Door knocking and face to face is spend more time.

I really don't find Facebook to be a great tool for social media marketing and yelp can backfire on you with negative comments from people wanting to hurt your business.I heard positive feedback about using flyers and business cards.

Commercial Buisiness

To start commercial maintenance bushiness, you have to first manage a team of people who do work for you. You have to advertise in the market, TV etc to-promote your business. In this way you can start your business of maintenance.

We have developed a decent online presence which has translated in numerous requests for quotes. In addition, we have used flyers and postcards to gain exposure. Although we maintain a Facebook page, I have yet to receive any commercial business from it. Referrals have worked well for us as well as membership in our local Chamber of Commerce.
