commerical cleaning

Hello,
I am new to the site. I have a cleaning business since 1999 and it has been very successful with builders doing only new construction cleaning. With the market so bad now in NC we have done some private work for realtors in the area with people selling their homes. We have a chance to do some commericial work for an attorney in Charlotte. They first want th SIX bathrooms cleaned. Whoever has been doing the cleaning stinks! The tiles are gross! Any suggestions? how do we quote this job? If we are asked to do their routine cleaning any idea on a price quote? Is .20 sq dt a ideal price? Thanks for your help.

Same Boat...

Hello. Looks like we are in the same boat. My mother-in-law kindly volunteered me to help her expand her cleaning business of over 20 years and pricing is all new to me. Was hoping to get some type of help from this forum but doesn't seem like you got many responses.

We currently clean a 45,000 sq.ft. office building with 3 floors for $5,500.00 per month plus paper supplies are additional. That's around $0.12 per sq.ft. Another office building around the corner at the same size needs the price to be under $4,000.00 per month. The bigger they are the cheaper the price per sq.ft.
