Over time enough of them grinding down in your carpet will cause the carpet itself to wear out and have to be replaced. So as you say, vacuum reguarly.
I am agreed that, having an excellent vacuum machine can help us to improve the value of our floor, and I think choosing the finest washing organizations provides the best outcomes for your program.

We have a very high traffic area that is next to mechanical space. The carpet gets grease and grime pounded into it often.
I just know our usual supplier will charge me an arm and a leg for some generic crap he gets a good deal on.
Whats the best stuff out there?
I am in a similar situation. By contracting out the carpet cleaning for my clients, I can only go by what they tell me. Then the issue comes back to me when they can get the stains out of a commerical carpet. Any advice for a known product would be helpful.

In my opinion, vacuuming is one of the best way to clean your carpet. Hence, vacuum your carpets at least once a week. Heavy traffic areas may require more frequent vacuuming, where you can use air movers for best results.

The bane of my existence

Keeping my carpet cleaning is really annoying. It's a light colour (bad choice by me) and there's always kids walking through or making mess.

I tried having a no shoe policy for a while, but it just isn't practical.
