Cool Looking to purchase 2 Carpet Extractors for new business

I am looking to start up a carpet cleaning business and was wondering what makes are the best in terms of lifespan. I just found a local janitorial business off Hillsborough in Tampa, FL called Janitors Closet. They have a lot of carpet extractors new and used and they also rent them out. I was considering getting a model by Sandia that they have.
If anyone has an advice please let me know as I am new to this business.

We use Olympus by Hydro-Force. 200 psi dual heaters. Good machine.

Sandia is one of the better ones. Hydro Force puts their name on Sandia machines. Get one with heat, no less than 200 psi and dual 3 stage vacs. Nobody likes long dry times. If you run a single 3 stage or dual 2 stage, the dry times will be long. I'd put EDIC on the list, Powr-Flite and of course Mytee too.
