We do marble here and we use the Bridgepoint Spinergy System on most job. If it is really bad we use the diamond cutter pad. We start at $2.00 a sq ft. and go up to $8.00 a sq ft. We have charged as little as $1.00 a sq ft. When we use the pads it depends on how many pads you will use or how many grits you will use. If you use two grit sizes then you will charge $4.00 a square foot or whatever you decide to charge. With 3200 sq ft of floor you could charge $1.00 or $1.50 a sq ft and make good money if you can use the Spinergy pads. Below are some links to look at.

Granite is a harder stone so you have to use the diamond disks procedure. With tat procedure you can charge 5 to 6 dollars a sq ft.

An important advise - don't end up using any acidic product on the granite. This can be detrimental to the precious stone. Use a pH neutral product only; or resort to a professional cleaner for the job.
