When selecting floor cleaners, look for a ph netural cleaner. This way the floor finish will not be hurt. Most chemicals today are designed to be used with cold tap water. Your local janitorial supply is a great place to find just what you need.

For Woods = Remove bad scuffs with a drop of lemon essential oil, or tea tree oil if the wood slight colored. Another brilliant spot remover for wood is a drop of lavender oil mix up with a drop of lemon juice, applied with a damp scrubbing sponge. Never allow water to stand on the wood will soften and begin to deform. Finish with a vacuum.
