need help with a 28,000 sq ft bid alot of work
Hello everyone. I am trying to figure a fair price per sq ft on a medical/dental facility. There are 28,000 sq ft of vinyl floors that have to be swept, dust moped, and mopped with virex nightly. They must be buffed twice per month and stripped and sealed once per year. There are 24 medical exam rooms that must be dusted, must have stainless steel sinks polished, and vinyl exam tables disinfected with virex once per week, and the same goes for 20 dental exam rooms. All rooms on both sides must also be restocked with paper towels nightly , so about 44 per night. There are 9 bathrooms each with one toilet, sink, and mirror that are to be cleaned nightly. Each bathroom must be restocked with toilet paper, paper towels, and hand soap, which they supply and have the trash taken out. There is also about 1000 sq ft of glass to be cleaned nightly and I will have to wipe down about 200 vinyl chairs in tje lobby with virex nightly.they want bathroom walls and doors cleaned once per month, And of course trash but only about 6 40 gal. Trash cans. They are going to supply all restocking materials but I must supply cleaning chemicals. I was thinking $0.28 per sq foot, is this to much? Seems high when I add it all up but it also seems like alot of work. I know the company that is doing it now it taking 2 people 8 hours to get it all done 5 days a week. This is in Joplin mo by the way. Any help would be great. Thank you.
