Need help with pricing

Hey,

I can pick up a job at a new optical center in town. It's 2200 sq and will be a monthly cleaning.
Anyone have advice on what I should charge?

Thanks,

M

That's not very large in size so a regular cleaning should take no more then 1.5 hours to clean each time plus anything else they asked to have cleaned or dusted. My minimum for a commercial office would be $75.00 per cleaning but would usually aim for $85.00 per cleaning. Depends if they gave you any feel for where they need to be on price?

800.00 i hope you mean 800.00 per week .Because you couldnt afford employees or even make a profit 16,000 sq. ft takes about 5and a half hour a night to clean.

The wants all the carpeting vacuumed and stairs also common areas laundry room office empty apartments when needed elevator there's a lot what do I charge for this and they want two bids one just for apartment and one for apartment rooms when needed they are 1 and 2 bedroom

Did you end up getting the job? Any feedback from the client regarding the price?

Are they requesting any special cleaning for areas where medical services/exams are provided. You could get into special requirements and regulations if that is the case.

Reply jahra352: I agree with you. Its not a large area for cleaning. According to me charges depend on cleaning schedule, that is either once a week or once in a month.
