Need Help Pricing

Okay so I'm talking with the General Manager of a Medical Facility about cleaning for the company. Right now it's still in construction mode and will be complete in January. He wants me to come up with a bid proposal. The facility has five building. The first building is 78,000sqft, the second 75,000 sqft, the third is 40,000 sqft, the fourth is 30,000sqft, and the fifth is 24,000 sqft. They want cleaning 24/7. Two of the building has six floors and the other is a huge gym that will be used for rehab the other building is for testing, scans etc. I will have to hire more employees. I need help figuring out what to charge. Monthly, Annually, etc. Any advice will be helpful.

Thanks,

China

There is an awful lot of missing detailed information needed to put together a quote this size. Wouldn't be able to help you.

That is all I really have to go on right now. They are still in the construction stage. They will be done by January.

Then you won't be able to put together an accurate quote for them until you know more. If you try to do it now then they will know you don't have the proper experience to maintain their facility.

china77,

I agree with jahra on this one. Until you know details such as number of bathrooms, types of flooring and percentages of each (i.e.: tile, laminate, carpet), number of offices, conference areas, stairwells, etc; you will not be able to determine an accurate idea of how many people you would need to hire. This in turn will obviously affect the price you quote. I would go to the General Manager and ask for specifics from their building plans, otherwise you will need to wait until construction is complete.
