New to Commercial Cleaning - Questions on 1st Big Contract

New & Green to commercial cleaning and could use some insight.
I have the contract to clean a 75,000 sq ft office building with 400 employees starting Sept 1.
Building Owner wants me to adjust my quote to include paper products into our final figure. He provided me with products being used but does not know the quantities being used. How do I estimate paper products ?
75,000 sq ft office space with 400 office workers. 10 Main bathrooms 7-10 stalls per bathroom, 6 single bathrooms. Tile in entry ways and all common areas, all office space commercial carpet. Daily cleaning required by contract.
How big a team needed for daily clean?
How many hours per day?
Any equipment you would recommend to speed cleaning time ?
cordless Backpack vac's, Riding vacuum, entry floor mats?...
Who saves you the most $$ and time? Do you Use of Cintas, Unifirst, Aramark for products ? Or amazon and local suppliers ?
