Newbie with 88,000 sq ft contract HELP!!!!
Need help with pricing as this is my second and without saying the largest account that I have. Would appreciate help in pricing and amount of staff that it would require. 4k sqft is office space 4 k is washrooms cafeteria and lockers.
They will require cleaner/s on hand in the days for any spills or leaks and keep washrooms clean and staff at night to to heavy cleaning. Should I charge per sqft? If yes what would be a good number and if hourly what's a good hourly rate for such.
