I think you would need to be much more specific on this for anyone to give you a good reply. We need more information, etc. is not enough.

Assuming that this building is cleaned 5 days per week I think that you have a really good deal. This company charges you a low price.

Well, probably their family is doing all the cleaning and they don't have any employees. I've seen a few situations like that myself.

At A Quality Assured we customize our janitorial services. So If you quote any price you may be short in the long run. It is better if I had the most details possible then I can arrive at a cleaning solution. Commercial Cleaning is a speciality and requires the right bid, cleaners, cleaning solutions etc. IF you just bid off a computer software program it's not going to work everytime.

In my case most of the time. Focus on Quality Cleaning and customer satisfaction.

If the Office cleaning job is a 5 day clean then charge between 6 cents a sq ft. and 7 sq ft. depending on levels of difficulty. If you are cleaning it 6 days a week then charge between 7 and 8 cents per sq ft. These are rough estimates and a visit to the location might come in hand.

maybe you meant otherwise? The more days, the lower the price?

I'm no expert but I seen a couple of these questions somewhere else and, the answer was that if you buy the supplies (paper, etc) it's normal to mark them up by about 20% (take purchase price X 1.20 = 20%) and for a day porter, you charge hourly for his salary plus what you want to make in profit. Hope I remembered that right

Cleaning Bid for 105,000 sq. ft. office

I think the national average for commercial cleaning is 7 cents per sq. ft. per month. And that doesn't include paper products which should bump up the total cost roughly 20% At this calculation, the cost to clean this building would be $7,350 per month excluding supplies. With supplies, you are looking at about $8,820. But the thing is buildings can have certain factors that influence how easier they are to clean - the layout of the building (are there lots of smaller rooms or bigger rooms), the volume of people going in and out of the building, what kind of activity goes on in the building (are they manufacturing, pushing pencils, medical and so forth). But yeah, $6,000 to clean 105,000 seems kind of low.
