Office + warehouse
Had a question about a current bid I'm working on. This is a distribution/trucking company. They want the office cleaned(trash, dust, 6 toilets-2 bathrooms, inter-office glass, vacuum) 3X a week @ 5,000 sq ft.
I figure about $750 a month
My main issue is their warehouse. They would like it auto scrubbed every 6 weeks. Its about 70,000 square feet. Not sure how to tackle this one. Charge by the square foot? By the hour?
To rent an auto scrubber would be about $350 including delivery. Of course the customer wants it done on a Sunday. The rental company said they would have to charge a weekend rate which would be $500.00.
I asked about getting a discount because I would be renting every 6 weeks. They have to check...
Anyway, any ideas?
