Our we on point with our flat rates?
We just got the opportunity to bid on two properties. Want to make sure that we are on point with our prices. We plan on using up-front flat rates with no hidden fees. The flat rates will be based on the home being in average or better condition. My wife and I will be doing the cleaning and both properties are in the East Valley of the Phoenix Metro. The following are the quotes:
Basic office cleaning / 5x per week / 4100 sq ft / 75% carpet, 25% tile / 4 offices / 8 cubicles / 1 conference room / 2 restrooms / 1 kitchen / Reception area / weekly complimentary service: clean & sanitize door knobs and light switches and clean 3 ceiling fans.
$1100.00 per month
Move in/Move out cleaning / 2500 sq ft / Single story / 60% carpet, 40% tile / 4 bedrooms / 3 bathrooms / Laundry room / Appliance cleaning in & out / sweep 2 car garage / clean 5 ceiling fans / carpet cleaning not requested / they will let us know if they want the windows ($2 per pane) & glass sliding door ($3 per pane) cleaned.
