I help my father out with his cleaning business so I'm fairly new to this but had a pricing question. My father uses rate per square footage as an estimate of what my ballpark prices should be. He recently put in a bid for a small limo business which has approximately 4 2 stall bathrooms and one 1 stall bathroom.About 2 large conference rooms and a large break area. It's about 20 offices but there are a few empty offices that I'm assuming don't need cleaning at the moment. Should he charge $5-10 extra per bathroom and do the same for conference rooms? Supplies will be provided by us. We are doing the cleaning ourselves so I figured include transportation costs,supplies cost, labor (I figured $15/hr). He came up with 460 for twice a week?Too high?
