Pricing a small office building
I was recently approached by the owner of a law firm to provide office cleaning services. From what I understand this is a split level building about 2000 sq feet total with small offices inside.
My question is should I price each office separately or just bundle them together into one payment?
Based on the pricing here in nj I would most likely charge $393 a month as he wants this building cleaned weekly.
Any thoughts about these kind of jobs?
