Hey everyone I'm looking to get some information on what your sq ft prices are . Pricing for commercial and residential would be helpful . Thank you much everyone

In commercial cleaning, pricing per square foot is generally used when bidding on facilities that are over 10k sq ft and cleaned 5 days per week. Otherwise, bidding based on your hourly production rate is standard and more sound. Rule of thumb in commercial environments: as square footage increases, price per sq ft decreases. No one set of numbers can accurately answer your question.

Are providing once off or regular cleaning services?

I agree. We take square footage into consideration mainly when bidding floor services. We look at square footage to get an idea of production rate but not price.
