Puzzled about new bid..Help please!!

I have an opportunity to clean an office. But i need some help with the bidding. Here's the details... 1,200 sq.ft, 2 days a week...dust trash, wipe down small kitchen, small conference room, 2 small bathrooms..damp mop floor twice a month,vacuum...about 1.75 hrs a visit..I use my own cleaning supplies (excluding toilet paper & paper towels). Well maintained office! Only me cleaning..I'm thinking $480.00 a month

Also, she wants estimate for windows cleaned inside and out every three mnths..... about 20 windows between 4ft-6ft tall.. I say about $175.00 per visit .Let me know is it or..lol

jmel854,

Both prices sound about right to me. Does your window cleaninging price include screens or will you be charging extra for that? Good luck with the bids!

eng84ine,
I guess the price was right..i won the bid..Thanx!

eng84ine,
do you think its ok to use the same info from the website, on a service letter? I'm always around supervisors on many different construction sites,so i figured i might as well get into construction cleaning as well. Especially while the industry is picking back up around here.

Sure, however, on the service letter I would stress the benefits of your Construction Clean Up Service, such as your people being insured and bonded, their knowledge of project deadlines, your use of the latest equipment and any satisfaction guarantees, etc. Then direct them to your website for more detailed information on specifically what tasks are provided with the Contstruction Clean Up.
