question about quarterly deep cleaning at office bldg

I do a 20,000 sq ft office bldg weekly, just a really basic floors/garbages/kitchen/baths clean with light dusting for spiderwebs and some glass doors. They have expressed interest in having a quarterly deeper cleaning done, where we would dust all office furniture and cubicle tops, wipe doorframes and baseboards, clean interior glass, and generally get all the details we can't do every week. Has anyone done this and what percentage of their usual fee do you charge? I do residential, as well, and if I do a deep clean at a repeat customer's house I usually plan on it costing 200-250% of a regular clean, would that be a fair price for an office deep cleaning? Thanks for input, they are a really great client (always pay bill within 2 days, forget net 30) and I don't want to put them off by quoting something that's way too high, but I don't want to get ripped off either!

Every office person wants a complete equipped workplace. To create this desire in reality, workplace owners usually invest lots of persistence to be able to get hold of the right kinds of furniture products and another circular of effort to get the workplace equipped.

That is a good framework for pricing but also consider the amount of time you are going to put into it or the time it will take to meet the customers requested cleaning. If you can do it for the 200-250% fee then fine but if the customer wants a lot of detailed cleaning that will take you 400% more than your usual time then the markup you've expressed won't work. Figure in time and materials and make sure your formula works.

This is right step of cleaning. It may be possible that they don’t have much garbage in their offices so they call cleaning service one time in a month.

Sounds fair as I use to do office cleaning as well prior to starting my company carpet cleaning Tampa. We did all the cleaning you mentioned as well as windows and carpet cleaning.

I would look at your production rates to see approximately how long these extra tasks would take. Since you're in the building all the time, it would be easy to assess how much work you're looking at a get an idea of approximate time it would take for a thorough deep cleaning. Based on what tasks you're already providing on a routine basis 200% to 250% max sounds reasonable, especially if this is a good, prompt paying customer. You want them to see the value in giving you their business. Good luck!
