Questions in regards to a bid

Newer company here and I have the opportunity to bid two Verizon stores that are currently being built. One is 2,000 sq ft and one is 3,000 sq ft. My suggestion would be to visit an existing store to get an idea of the layout and displays, entries etc. Pricing, I will default to the see link. My ? would be who will be cleaning the display shelves, cases? you or the employees? Will there be a move in cleaning service? or will you be doing that? Who is doing the windows?
I'm guessing there will be an open floor plan, consider getting some floor tools like a 16" carpet tool for a backpack, 24" microfiber mop pads, sphergo surface tools for windows & flat surface cleaning

Good Luck
