I am curious to know how others compensate their Supervisors/Managers. Ours are paid on an hourly basis but we give them a year end bonus too. Right now, their bonus is not correlated to how the company did during the year. We want them to feel they have "skin in the game" so that their bonus is tied to the performance of the organization but we don't want to reveal too much of the financials. Any ideas?
