Time Saving in +2000 sq. ft. Offices

Hi, I have noticed that as offices get larger the amount of time they require to be cleaned grows exponentially. I understand that you have to walk around them much more, but maybe there are some thing you can bring with you to save walking. What items/procedures would that be?

just give lots of thought to how you transport your stuff around the office, try and cut down on back and forth trips. That is gonna be the only way I could imagine saving much time. for our business carpet cleaning San Luis Obispo we always try and carry everything in at the appropriate time. It makes things soo much easier for us. I assume it would be the same for you. We carry in the hydro force and the crb at once with the solution line, then when one guy is pres-praying the carpet the other guy is running the counter rotating brush. When the pre-spray guy finishes up he goes out and drags in the vacuum lines and the wand and cleans the carpet while the other guy sets fans. When this runs smoothly it is SOOO sweet, its unreal.

In that case we will have to make sure that, each cleaner has a clear procedure as to what to carry with them, as well as when to carry particular equipment.

Ya that would be my guess. We really did manage to make our job go faster. It makes the day go easier and there are way less forgotten things and malfunctions.
