I'm an expert in emergency fire and water restoration. Running a business is really stressful and cleaning is a daunting task for sure. Workspace cleaning definitely requires a qualified commercial cleaning agency or a junk removal company for heavy debris removal. They would recycle a few items and some are salvaged. A few are donated and only the rest is dumped. I've seen a few firms hiring any professional for commercial cleaning services for a one-time job. I prefer to contract the services for a few appointments each year. The precious time that we waste cleaning debris is better spent on assisting our clients and ultimately improving the business. The business will suffer if more workers are affected by diseases.
