Talking Using Ecolab Floor Stripper?

We use two different items numbers 6591022 and 6101154. Both seem to be the same. The ratio is 1:6 for heavy stripping and 1:1 for top coat stripping. However my question is, is it better to use cold water or hot water for these chemicals. Ecolab for some reason forgot to put that on the 5-gallon container. And my other question is what ratio do I use for a 5-gallon mop bucket. thank you for your comments.
