Question walmart cleaning issue

frusterated and need advice

Do any of you clean up after thousands of people each(10,000 ) day ? I do , I have found it all.....

However i don,t understand why we use the worst chemicals (useless) i have seen? What makes it worse is they are very expensive as well. There are far better chemicals and up to 300% cheaper!!!!!

One would think that a buggy handle should be clean or sanitized with a decent product , guess again.

I know they have a contract for chemicals but this is off the charts stupid.

someones tie is too tight in home office

anyone notice this?

You are probably having a bad day at work and that is why you are really frustrated. Even I use to experience this when I was working at a supermarket and I realized that they have to keep their costs low so there is nothing much you can do. In fact, I am sure the chemicals you use, they bought it in bulk so there is not much you can do about it, but just carry on the way it is.

This is your bad experience so you are frustrated this time. A good company adds a good experience in your life and a bad company adds a bad experience. This is common policies in all companies that they want higher output while investing a little. Companies purchase product and chemical at lower cost and wants that cleaning should be perfect. I know this is impossible but you can mix some chemicals to improve cleaning.

no bad days, just bad chemicals

I don,t think the people responsible for ordering or choosing the chemicals have ever done any cleaning . we are not even allowed to use (residential )toilet cleaner.

as far as cost is concerned the stuff we are using is more expensive ! the chemical salesman did a great job !!!!

You know the people involve for purchasing have no experience of cleaning at all. However you don't need to be frustrated. Just do that you do. Try to make your work do what better you could you do? But not be frustrated.
