I found that sending out letters to companies is a good way to start.

The big accounts require a good publicity for hiring the company, if you have satisfied our basic clients in a well manner then their obvious recommendation and site’s monitoring by the high level clients can make you get the job.

I have found the best way to be personal contact. If there are big contracts that I have my eye on, I stop in every couple of weeks with some sort of marketing information and a treat for whomever is responsible for the hiring of the cleaning services.

Word of mouth is best for big or small accounts

Establishing a personal connection is very important. You have to make a point that, even if you offer the same price as the other guy, your company will do a better job. Recommendations from the current customers are also important.
