It is really nice work and it will be good if you use pressure washer to clean a deck. Cleaners also come in different shapes and colors. Some may be detergent while other may be bleaches, while others may be chemical solution designed to react with some woods. It depends up to you that which type of cleaner you want to take but make sure that you have read all instruction of manufacture's instruction carefully. If you want to use a pressure washer then it's job is to remove the chemicals and dirt.

I just use plain water and the proper cleaning techniques and methods. No sense using chemicals when they arent needed.

Sorry to disagree but using plain water is not the proper method to "restore" wood.

I don't restore wood. I clean it. For restoration, staining, etc, I have a great Wood Restorer here I refer all that too. If they just want there wood deck cleaned, this is how I do it. Plain water and proper cleaning technique.

In New Zealand we have a moss and mold problem on wooden decks, exterior house walls and concrete drives.

Using water alone will remove surface moss and mold but they will quickly grow back within weeks. Using a chemical that retards their growth will give alonger lasting 'clean' result.

Maybe moss and mold is not a problem where you are CleanAndGreen.

As per view, It is important to obvious your outdoor patio and eliminate items such as barbecues, furniture, and vegetation so that the whole exterior is revealed. If there are any plant mattresses or vegetation that encompass the area that can not be shifted, protect them with a tarpaulin to keep them secure.

I think during that time, there are many deck cleaning products are available at the market, which can easily be cleaning your wood deck without any scratches and damage. You should use some green cleaning products or pressure washer.

As per my knowledge.. If you are looking to stain your wood, then you can do before you pertain stain to your wood deck, you first have to clean it carefully or you can use a wood cleaning solution on the deck, after you apply the solution you need to wait for the deck dry fully before long-lasting the appliance process, after you have cleaned the deck.

If you truly feel this work is not for you, then try to choose a qualified wood cleaning worker who has proper ideas about this cleaning. And also you need to select your desire paints sensibly for your wooden furniture.
