bdjanitorial I do 1 church which includes 2 RR + 5,000 sanctuary which is.... vinyl floor. So my share will be focuses on that.

I use 3ft microfiber dry mops to do the intial dry mopping and picking up from the under pews, stuff like pens.paper, coins, candy etc.
using the dry mop takes 16-18 min to do 1/2 the sanctuary.
To Backpack vacuum the same area takes 19-22 minutes.

To vacuum a carpeted sanctuary you might consider getting the widest floor tool you can to reach under the pews.
Good luck, Brad BD janitorial

RobertC2020 I would ask them if they have any requested areas that they would like you to focus on, (besides the basics you mentioned) Windows? Private offices? Do they want you to handle the childrens daycare area in a special mannor?

Bidding church

I have an opportunity to place a bid for the jani setvices at a local church. In your walk throughs what do you look for and what would you take into consideration aside from my basic cost? I've never been ask to bid on one before and Ive never cleaned one before so aside from the basic kitchen, bathrooms, office spaces, halls foyers/entry etc...what should I know and/or consider about this specific area? I just got the call today so I don't have all the details atm but once i do I will come back with my info. Just trying to get a head start. Thank you
