Good chance you have malware. First thing I would do is reset the computer to initial factory settings AFTER you remove all critical files. Once you do that you will have cleaned any malware out and you will be down to hardware or bios issues. Most likely hardware if still a problem. Still doesn't work? Get a new computer.

|bdjanitorial||Jamie.. My suggestion is to contact JustAnswers.com. I have used theirs services many times and Most of the time they have fixed the computer problem w/o me having to take it to a computer repair--wait a week or while they fix it On Their Time Schedule. Brad BD Janitorial|

|missannienow||I would (somehow) get online and search for good computer repair places in your town - and read a bunch of reviews of their work. Then, I would a couple and explain the problem and see what they suggest. I am no techie, so havent a clue what the problem is. I use Comcast Xfinity formy home base, and they have 24 hour tech support. I would call them first. Not that I trust what Comcast says!!!|

How can I fix the problem?
What is happening with my computer? It is not working properly. I had checked whether the power button is correctly connected to the motherboard. The issue is not with the power socket. I can't say that it is not working, but it keeps restarting. Last day my mother called up junk removal service in Toronto to remove all the junks in the home. She asked me to remove my useless computer from home. But I thought it can be repaired and reused. But now I am not able to fix the problem.
First, I thought the problem was with the power supply and I changed the power system. Still, it is not working. I am not able to recognize the problem with my computer. How can I fix the problem? Is it better to get it removed and buy a new one? Can you recommend the best computer service centers in Toronto?
