Life-Maid-Simple I agree. We take square footage into consideration mainly when bidding floor services. We look at square footage to get an idea of production rate but not price.

Extensive Cleaning In commercial cleaning, pricing per square foot is generally used when bidding on facilities that are over 10k sq ft and cleaned 5 days per week. Otherwise, bidding based on your hourly production rate is standard and more sound. Rule of thumb in commercial environments: as square footage increases, price per sq ft decreases. No one set of numbers can accurately answer your question.
