I just put in a bid on a large new construction clean up project. They required 2 million aggregate. I think this is pretty standard. My insurance office just bumped mine up to that.

Is anyone required to purchase workmans comp? To get hired as a subcontractor the General Contractor says his company requires it. The quote I got from my insurance company is like 2000 to 2500 per year!
