|a to z roof cleaning||We always clean any skylights directly after we finish cleaning the roof. This is an upsell generally.|

|Marcus||I agree that cleaning up skylights after a roof cleaning job is mandatory. If the roof cleaning solution dries on the skylights and left there for several days it could etch the skylight permanently.|

Yes, in fact when we are roof cleaning Tampa homes and buildings we always use a squirt of 409 on the skylight and wipe them clean.
Usually I send him up to clean them when I knock on the homeowners door before I present them the new clean roof. When they see my guy cleaning the skylight it makes it easier for them to write a check. A lot of the times they will throw a tip in at that time for going the extra mile.
We usually get around 100 in tips over the week...

Do you clean skylights?
When you are cleaning a roof, do you clean their skylights?
If you do what do you use?
Do you charge extra for cleaning the skylights, or do you just include it in the service?
