Industrial Post Construction

Any one know the best way to tackle a post construction clean up of an industrial place. I won a bid for a local industrial type plant that has large pumps and equipment inside. Spray bottles and wash cloths are definatley out for this one. Im thinking power-washers and buckets of soapy water for my crew.

Any suggestions ?
