In a similar thread over at TGS, a poster asks "Why Not Apple Cider" as a house wash mix.
Basically, Apple Cider is Love/Water - Ajax Dish Soap - Rubbing Alcohol.

PressurePros Chris, its actually not strong enough. It also leaves a white film on everything and leaves windows looking like crap. I tried it a few years ago as did many other guys. I think we all got the same results.

Hey guys, here is the "professor" WAY back in 1999

I was TOLD to substitute Calcium Hypochlorite for Sodium Hypochlorite in my roof cleaning mix.
Well, the powdered Calcium Hypo is not quite strong enough for roof cleaning.
BUT, I got to thinking, WHY don't you Soft Wash or House Wash guys USE it, instead of Bleach ?
It will not kill plants, or effect the soil as bad.
It should be plenty strong for house cleaning.
Anyone ever try it ?
