|sunnieclean||Kendra and I are partners and in our area mailing out flyers is the best way to get property management companies to set up a meeting with us. I always try to make our flyers stand out. We use a bright colored paper and put something that will catch their eye. You want to put something explaining what sets you apart from the competition in your area.|

|ClnUpWoman||I do the same as Kendra, I send out flyers because they are ususally rotating cleaners a lot, or need back up cleaners. If you find a property management company that has many apartment complexes in the area, you may find that you're cleaning for everyone underthat one property management company.|

|kendra||We do mail outs to them. We enclose a flier with all our info and send our business cards. We do this about every few months. That way when they are having trouble with their current cleaning company they will have our info handy. We have had people call us six months after getting our flier. We tried calling once and it was a waste of time. It might be different in other areas.|

How to get property managers and owners....
I am about to do telemarketing to property managers and owners about move in/ move out/ and apt. turnover cleanings. I am looking for help on what type of script or approach I should use to spark their interest in what I have to offer. Please feel free to give some ideas regarding a phone approach or direct (face to face) approach. Thanks and my name is Tammi.
