glad you are here...My biggest advice in post construction cleaning is pricing it right and having a good crew...We do sky scrapers post construction it can be really profitable or quite the opposite. having a good bidding system helps and taken out project managers to lunch is always nice

New In The Business

Hi everybody,
I"m new in the cleaning business, we used to do carpet cleaning, but now we are trying to move into the post construction and janitorial cleaning in the toronto area.
If anyone can help me when it cames to writte a contracrt for post construction cleaning I would apreciate. some list of tips or details that I should know...
for now I being visiting construction companies, realy I'm very very new in this side of the business, and I would apreciate all your comments and tips.
