There are plenty of ways to market for clients. If you're looking to get into residential complexes the first best way I would say is to just walk in and introduce yourself. It may be a little nerve wracking for some people but it's the old true and tried way of marketing.
A second way is to send out postcard to these local complexes. Nowadays it's easy to get a business address and phone number with just a simple Google. Assuming their doing marketing themselves their information should be out there publicly.
The third best way to gain clients is have them come to you. Many people use the internet to search for services online specifically using Google. Focus on getting yourself in getting yourself listing in Google Business Listing and ranking on the first page. If you do it right and you're ranked on Google that website is a lead generation website for you. So when developing the site you want to keep it simple. It should be mobile friendly and your phone number need to be the highlight because you want them to call you.
