dublincarpetcleaning I did attempted to sell my business few years back and i failed. It was 1 man business (i was the brain) & it dod not made any sense for any other person. If you are providing regular cleaning services you need to have contracts and agreement in place to be able to value your business. Once off jobs are not great for reaching great valuation because it is not guaranteed.

Good accounts
Steady profits

Even with all this is very hard to sell a cleaning business. The owner is everything. When that owner is not there anymore, the business can crash overnight

GraceAnderson There are a lot of variants of how to develop and create good conditions for selling. But my question is about the reason. Why do you sell it?

Selling Cleaning Business in NC

I am a business broker in the Wilmington NC area and I currently have a Residential Cleaning business for sale.

I am posting to see whether this would be of any interest to expand your footprint, or maybe you know someone that would like to run their own business but doesn’t want to start from scratch? Someone that already has some experience, or is in the process of getting some, would be an ideal candidate. For more information you can see the listing here: bristol group online .com

Any suggestion of individuals or groups to further share this with would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you and very best regards
