Extensive Cleaning | In commercial cleaning, pricing per square foot is generally used when bidding on facilities that are over 10k sq ft and cleaned 5 days per week. Otherwise, bidding based on your hourly production rate is standard and more sound. Rule of thumb in commercial environments: as square footage increases, price per sq ft decreases. No one set of numbers can accurately answer your question. |
